A new Flying J truck stop opened off of I-5 in Washington state.

The new Tumwater, Washington Flying J Travel Center is located off Exit 99 on I-5 outside of Olympia.

Amenities at the new Flying J include 73 truck parking spaces (these include both free spaces and reserved Prime Parking spots), a Taco Bell restaurant, eight diesel lanes, seven showers, a CAT Scale, and laundry facilities.

“On October 28, we celebrated the grand opening of our new Flying J Travel Center with several special guests in attendance. The new Tumwater location is a joint venture with the Chehalis Tribe, and we were thrilled to have the Chehalis Tribal Enterprise CEO, David Burnett, and several tribal members at the event. The Tumwater Chamber of Commerce, including President Gabriel Toma, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony,” Pilot Flying J said in a November 1 news release.
