Michigan State Police (MSP) are investigating an early morning interstate shooting targeting a truck driver.
MSP say that they received a call about a shooting on southbound I-75 at the Dix Toledo Highway in Brownstown Township, Michigan, around 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 8.
Police say that the call came from a semi truck driver who told 911 dispatchers that he had been targeted in a road rage shooting.
The truck driver told MSP that a passenger vehicle driver shot at his trailer, striking it multiple times.
MSP shut down I-75 to look for shell casings.
No arrests have been made and state police are still investigating.
