Police in Pennsylvania are asking for public help in locating a woman who they say verbally assaulted and spat on a trucker during a road rage incident on Monday.

The incident occurred at 12:26 p.m. on March 8, 2021, in Tilden Township, Pennsylvania, according to a release from the Tilden Township Police Department.

Police say that a female motorist in a red Suzuki sedan cut in front of the victim’s tractor trailer.

After stopping the sedan, police say that the woman jumped out of the car and climbed up on the driver’s side of the semi truck.

“The female was irate, pounding on the victim’s window and screaming profanities at him. The female then opened the driver side door and began screaming profanities in the victim’s face. The female then spit saliva directly in the victim’s face several times while he was on the phone with the 911 operator,” police stated.

The truck driver was able to snap several photos of the woman during the incident.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact the Tilden Township Police Department at (610) 562-9001, [email protected]. Anonymous tips can be sent to to Crime Alert Berks at (877) 373-9913.
