The holidays just got a little brighter for John Christner Trucking (JCT) drivers as the company announced a substantial pay incentive program starting just before Christmas.

The carrier announced that from December 21, 2021, through January 4, 2022, JCT drivers will earn an extra 30 cents per mile (CPM) as part of the company’s new Holiday Pay Incentive program.

The pay bump will allow JCT’s over-the-road drivers to take some time off to be with family for the holiday season without having to worry about the miles they’re missing affecting their paychecks.

Company leaders say that the holiday pay program is a way to say thanks to drivers for their hard work and professionalism through the Christmas holiday and into the new year.

Take a look at the video below for more on the exciting new incentive.

But that’s not the only good news from the John Christner team — JCT also announced great opportunities for drivers who hate contending with icy roads and snow. The company is offering dedicated over-the-road runs through the southern and western states that can help drivers to avoid nasty weather conditions up north this winter.
