A semi truck overturned while fleeing the scene of another accident in Las Vegas on Monday morning.
The accident happened on Monday, March 15th at around 8:23 a.m.
According to Fox 5 News, The Nevada Highway Patrol believes that the semi was involved in an earlier accident near Desert Inn and Rancho Drive but fled the scene on Interstate 15 southbound. That rig then overturned on the I-15 southbound ramp from East Flamingo and came to a rest blocking the interstate.Â
Thankfully the driver had only minor injuries.
Investigating officers suspect the trucker was driving impaired, but are still looking into the incident.
The wreck was cleared by 3:10 p.m.
