The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office shared video of a close call on an icy roadway as a reminder to drivers to slow down and drive to conditions.
The incident was caught on traffic cameras last week and shared by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
The Sheriff’s Office offered details on the close call:
It’s a snowy morning and know that we’re here to help if you need us, but please take your time and drive safely, especially when near emergency vehicles. We almost had a bad situation get much worse a week ago on I41 near USH 151 when two semis lost control and one nearly struck a squad that was parked at an emergency scene assisting at a multi-vehicle crash. Drive safe, especially around emergency vehicles!
