A truck driver was injured by a motorist who claims they had the sun in their eyes.
The accident happened on Thursday, April 22nd in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
According to The Sun Chronicle, a truck driver was adjusting a tarp on his trailer while parked and waiting to enter a nearby trucking terminal at 241 Francis Ave. when a woman hit him in her car.
The truck driver sustained an injured leg and other, unspecified injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
The female motorist was not hurt, but says the sun was in her eyes as she drove around the bend in the road, preventing her from seeing the trucker.
The incident is still under investigation.
