A growing Illinois-based flatbed carrier is turning heads in the trucking industry by rewarding their most dedicated and productive truck driver of the year in the most bada$$ way imaginable.

In an effort to honor truck drivers for their hard work and professionalism, GT Express Inc. is giving away a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle as the prize for their “Best Company Driver of the Year” award. The company says that they’re proud to present the iconic American-manufactured motorcycle as a way of saying thank you to the skilled professional drivers who keep the country moving.

The award recognizes the driver who best embodies the GT Express principles of Safety Focus, Exceptional Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement, the company says.

“Every year we pick a driver out of our company who, their attitude is great, their personalities are good, their miles are good, their total revenue is good, no violations or anything like that,” said Eric Whitten, GT Express Operations Manager.

The company says that the Harley-Davidson giveaway will happen in May 2021– just a couple of months away. GT Express says that the Harley-Davidson prize will be an annual tradition moving forward as the company continues to show their appreciation for their hard-working drivers.

In the video below, you can watch as the 2020 winner Ricky Menchaca gets emotional as he receives the keys to his new motorcycle.
