This new trucker-centric burger joint is “inspired by those who drive America”

Great food can be hard to come by while out on the road, which is precisely why Trucker Burger, a brand new roadside restaurant catered towards truckers, opened in Elroy, Arizona last week.

Pilot Company and its One9 Fuel Network announced the opening of its new restaurant concept, which was made in collaboration with Tim Love, celebrity chef and restaurant owner.

Trucker Burger provides a vintage dine-in atmosphere and is ‘inspired by those who drive America.’

“We’re thrilled to open a new Xpress Fuel and our first Trucker Burger restaurant in Eloy, Arizona,” says Jason Nordin, chief operator of Pilot Company. “We welcome our neighbors, travelers and professional drivers to stop with us for fuel, everyday conveniences and the tastiest food on the interstate. As part of our dedication to serving the local community, we are celebrating the grand opening with freebies and by giving back to the local school district.”

Trucker Burger is located in the new Xpress Fuel center at 3105 North Toltec Road off Exit 203 on I-10. The restaurant is boasting a menu of diner classics that would make any truck drivers mouth water.

“I’m very excited to debut Trucker Burger in our first location,” says Chef Tim Love. “We spent many months perfecting the menu and I can’t wait to share our great new burger with you all.”

Whether you’re craving a double cheeseburger with hand-cut fries or a stack of cheesy nachos, we think you’ll find something you like on their evolving menu.
