A truck driver died in an officer-involved shooting in a shopping mall parking lot after he fled a roadside inspection in San Antonio on Wednesday.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident began around 11:30 a.m. on January 27 when a Texas Department of Transportation officer pulled over a semi truck near I-35 and Zarzamora Street for an inspection.
