Trucker escorted to final resting place in style

RIP, driver.

A Louisiana truck driver was escorted to his final resting place in style over the weekend.

54-year-old trucker Alex McLean of Carencro, Louisiana was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2019, ending his long career of trucking, but his love for it never left him. In addition to his life in trucking, he was a hurricane relief volunteer.

McLean passed away at home, surrounded by family, on March 9th. His body was escorted to its final resting place on the back of a Peterbilt on Saturday, March 20th.
