Two dogs cause pile-up crash involving semi truck

Two loose dogs led to a multi-vehicle crash in California on Friday morning. 

The incident happened on Friday, September 17th in San Diego, California. 

According to The San-Diego-Union-Tribune, a man was reported chasing two dogs, described as possibly huskies, near University Avenue on the 805 at around 9:30 a.m.

A short time later, a pile-up of as many as five vehicles, including one semi truck, was reported to be blocking the middle lanes of the freeway. 

It is not clear if any humans or dogs were injured in the incident.
