A motorist was caught on dash cam rear-ending a semi truck at nearly full speed on a California highway.
The crash was caught on dash cam in Sacramento, California, on March 6, 2021.
The dash cammer writes, “I was heading towards downtown Sacramento, CA on highway i80 before the Madison exit when this accident took place.”
