Toronto police say that a dump truck driver was charged following an incident involving a small car that was caught on video.
The incident occurred around 10 a.m. on March 23 on the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto.
Police say that a dump truck and a red Mini Cooper collided and that “the dump truck continued up the ramp and onto the expressway, pushing the vehicle sideways the entire way. The dump truck was flagged down by passing motorists.”
The Mini Cooper driver suffered minor injuries, according to Toronto police.
Police confirmed that the dump truck driver was issued multiple citations.
