The dramatic end to a long police chase in Los Angeles was caught on camera on Tuesday night.
The chase ended at around 7 p.m. on the 5 Freeway in Lincoln Heights.
According to Fox 11, the female driver was initially wanted for failure to yield, but fled the scene, beginning the chase in a black GMC. The woman then led officers on a chase through Newhall, Arleta, San Fernando Valley, and Los Feliz before speeding down the 5 and crashing into the back of a flatbed truck.
The extent of the pickup driver’s injuries are not clear, but one emergency crew member was seen administering her CPR at the scene following the collision.
No other injuries were reported.
