A trucker demonstrates an in-cab workout routine in this useful video. 

In the clip, the driver gets straight to the point – no intro, no explanation, just an actual demonstration of a workout routine completed from the inside of his truck. 

The driver utilizes a strategically placed 2 x 4 for pullups, some medium-sized weights, and even a few tools from his truck to complete the 5 minute workout, and he actually looks a little tuckered out.
