A man wanted by police barricaded himself in his semi truck in Illinois on Thursday morning.
The incident happened on May 6th at around 9:45 a.m. in Cherry Valley.
According to My State Line News, Cherry Valley Police and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department located the unidentified truck driver, who had an active warrant for his arrest, in his rig in the 5700 block of Baxter Road, but the man refused to leave the truck.
Police then waited him out, and he eventually surrendered. Information surrounding the driver’s warrant has not been released.
