WATCH: Overturned rigs, torn bumpers a result of “potentially historic” Cali. rain storm

The “potentially historic rain,” as described by the National Weather Service’s Sacramento office happened on Sunday, October 24th in and around Sacramento, California. 

According to ABC 8 News, some of the most intense traffic issues brought about by the storm happened along the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. 

Some of these overturns were captured on video by motorists traveling on the bridge at the time of high winds.
