A driver is dead after being ejected from his rig in Dallas late on Wednesday night.
The accident happened on February 2nd at around 9:55 p.m. in Dallas, Texas.
According to NBC DFW, the semi truck was heading south on Interstate 45 when it crashed along the bridge over eastbound Interstate 30. The force of the crash ejected the driver from the cab and sent him off the overpass. They were later found dead on the lanes of I-30 below.
Investigators say there was only one truck involved and are still working to determine the cause of the crash. A dog was also found dead in the area.
Multiple ramps were closed as crews investigated the crash. All were reopened at around 1:30 a.m.
