The accident happened on February 21st at around 12:30 p.m. in Benson County near Leeds.

According to Valley News Live, 40-year-old Isaac Conley failed to yield at the 57th Avenue NE railroad crossing and was struck on the passenger side by an oncoming BNSF train. Conley sustained only minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released promptly. No other injuries were reported.
