A truck driver is reportedly in stable condition after crashing off an interstate in California on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened on May 25th in Sacramento, California on Interstate 5.
According to CBS Sacramento, the semi truck crashed off of an I-5 overpass and landed partially on San Juan road. The driver was transported to a hospital in stable condition. The extent of their injuries is not clear. The reason behind the crash has not been released.
As of 5 p.m. CST, San Juan Road was closed between Duckhorn Drive and Airport Road for cleanup of the crash. Hazmat crews were on scene to clear some leaked fuel.
