Glass shattered across roadway in single rig wreck

A portion of Interstate 65 in Kentucky was shut down on Wednesday morning after an overturned semi truck spilled its load, leaving a shattered mess.

The accident happened on March 30th in Bullitt County, Kentucky at around 8 a.m.

According to Wave 3 News, the semi truck hauling blue bottles hit a guardrail on northbound I-65, spilling its load and creating a mess along the roadway.

The mess forced the closure of I-65 north north of Elizabethtown. As of 12:30 p.m., the left lane was reopened so that traffic could pass through the area. No injuries were reported.
