J&R Schugel Adds 200 Brand New Kenworths to Fleet

New Ulm, Minnesota-headquartered J&R Schugel recently announced that they have ordered 200 new 2023 KW T-680 Next Gen trucks to ensure their drivers stay rolling — and earning — in reliable equipment. The company says that it has already started to take delivery on the new trucks.

The top-of-the-line Kenworths come equipped with APUs and have digital dashboards to help keep drivers comfortable and maximize their efficiency.

The company says that they’ve invested $36 million in equipment in 2022 to ensure that all of their drivers are operating dependable trucks that won’t break down. The average age of a J&R Schugel tractor is one to two years and the trailers average two years.

J&R Schugel’s Director of Recruiting Chelsee Patton recently got to test drive the equipment and loved the look and feel of the new Kenworths. Check out the quick video tour below!

J&R Schugel recently announced a new pay increase that allows their drivers to average $1,680 gross weekly pay.
