A semi truck crashed and spilled thousands of pounds worth of live fish on a North Carolina interstate on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred around 5 a.m. near Wade, North Carolina.
A truck hauling 22,000 pounds of catfish crashed on northbound I-95 at Exit 65 after another vehicle drove in front of the truck, causing the driver to lose control, according to local outlet WNCN.
The truck driver was not seriously injured.

Both lanes of the interstate reopened by 8 a.m. but major traffic delays were reported in the area during the morning commute.
The crash is under investigation by the North Carolina Highway Patrol.
