Idaho truck stop continues beloved tradition of free Thanksgiving day meal for CDL holders

Published:

A popular Idaho truck stop is continuing their annual tradition of providing a free meal for truckers who are on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday.

On Thursday, November 24, Boise Stage Stop located in Boise, Idaho, will be hosting a driver appreciation/Thanksgiving event.

The truck stop will be offering a free meal for CDL holders as a way to say thanks and to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

CDL holders will also have an opportunity to win prizes during the driver appreciation event.

Those who do not have a CDL can still purchase a holiday dinner — the cost is $19.99 for adults and $14.99 for kids.

The free dinner for CDL holders has become a Thanksgiving day tradition at the Boise Stage Stop for more than 15 years.
