A man is dead after hiding in a semi truck and climbing out as it drove in Texas on Tuesday night.
The incident occurred on November 15th in San Antonio, Texas at around 9 p.m.
Witnesses say that they saw the man climb out of the “top part” of the truck at the intersection of Rigsby Avenue and Bermuda Drive. The man then got off the semi truck, but was promptly struck by the rig.
Emergency crews attempted life saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene, reported Fox 29.
Investigators say the man was dressed in multiple layers of clothing and had a passport with him, but that they will have to go to the consulate to identify him.
The truck driver is not facing any charges.
