A truck driver passed away after a medical episode while driving on a highway in Missouri on Sunday morning.
The accident happened on September 25th at 7:54 a.m. on Highway 6 east of Milan, Missouri.
According to KTVO News, 58-year-old trucker Roy Harris of Awendaw, South Carolina was driving along Highway 6 when he suffered a medical episode. As a result, Harris then ran his big rig off the roadway and crashed into a ditch.
Emergency personnel responded to the wreck, but Harris was pronounced dead at the scene 25 minutes after the crash. No further information has been released.
