The most recent crash happened on Tuesday, June 28th before 10 a.m. on the Wapato Way bridge over Interstate 5 in Fife, Washington.
Aaron Gardner, Fife’s assistant police chief, says that “we don’t [know what happened] right now… The driver is out, and he’s reporting minor injuries but nothing significant at this time.”

The News Tribune reports that this is the second time in three days that a semi truck has overturned on the Wapato Way bridge.
“Same type of incident, same [type of] semi-truck and trailer tipped over at the exact same location. Maybe 20 feet apart,” Gardner said.
An investigation into the area was underway on Tuesday afternoon as officials determine whether or not the wrecks indicate a structural danger for truckers.
