Suspected DUI truck driver suffers medical emergency in another vehicle following deadly head-on wreck

Two people are dead after a truck driver suspected of DUI crashed head-on with their vehicle before fleeing the scene and suffering a medical emergency.

The accident happened on Friday, December 23rd at 9:38 p.m. in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
