An overturned trailer dumped a portion of its load off the side of an overpass in North Carolina on Monday.
The accident happened on October 24th in Jackson County.
According to ABC 13 News, crews responded to a crash involving a tractor trailer on Highway 74 on the on ramp at exit 85 and found a semi truck had overturned onto a barrier wall.
The impact of the trailer on the wall ripped open the trailer and spilled a portion of the truck’s load onto the roadway below.
The incident shut down Highway 74 near Exit 85, US 23 Bus in both directions. No further details have been released.
