Traffic stopped after two semis, one car collide

A crash involving two tractor trailers and a car shut down a portion of Interstate 91 in Connecticut on Thursday morning.

The accident happened on I-91 northbound between exits 24 and 25 just before 5 a.m. in Rocky Hill.

According to News 8, only minor injuries were reported, but hazmat crews were called to contain a fuel leak. A left lane was left open to allow for traffic flow as crews worked to clear the wreckage.

No other information has been released, but the roadway has since been reopened.
