A state trooper suffered minor injuries in Connecticut on Friday morning after tires came loose from a semi truck and crushed his car.
The incident happened on March 18th at around 8:40 a.m. off of Interstate 84 west in Willington, Connecticut.
According to NBC Connecticut, the trooper was parked off of the interstate when a set of double truck tires came loose from a passing truck and bounced onto the back of his vehicle, crushing the trunk. The semi truck then kept going.
The officer then attempted to pursue the rig but was unsuccessful and pulled over once more. The trooper suffered minor injuries in the incident and was treated at a local hospital.
