Trucker arrested on multiple reports of road rage after hitting motorist with chain

A truck driver was arrested following multiple reports of road rage in Idaho on Tuesday. 

The incident occurred on August 2nd south of Cottonwood, Idaho on Highway 95. 

According to The Lewiston Tribune, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls reporting a tractor trailer driving aggressively and swerving across the centerline of highway 95 towards other vehicles. 

Eventually, the semi truck and another vehicle involved in one of the swerving incidents stopped near mile marker 251. During that encounter, the truck driver, 39-year-old Adriano Frazier, allegedly hit the motorist with a metal chain. 

Police then arrived and arrested Frazier. Frazier has since been charged with aggravated battery, resisting and obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
