Trucker found dead after crashing into house

A truck driver was found dead after crashing through a house on Sunday. 

The accident happened on November 20th in Onoway, Alberta, Canada at 4:40 p.m. 

According to CTV News, emergency crews were called to a house at Range Road 23A south of Township Road 545 just off of Highway 43.

“The driver of the semi tractor unit was found deceased inside the vehicle once emergency crews were able to get to him,” RCMP Cpl. Cuneyt Zanbak wrote in a Monday news release.

“Initial indications show that the driver may have suffered a medical event which led to the collision.”

The residents inside of the house were not injured. The name of the 49-year-old trucker has not been released.
