A VW bug makes an ill-fated attempt to pass a truck hauling an oversize load in this unfortunate dash cam clip.
In the video, a truck hauling an oversize load across two lanes is traveling along a roadway with a car filming behind it when a red Volkswagen Beetle suddenly tries to overtake both vehicles on the right shoulder.
As it speeds up, the driver loses control, sending the bug onto the grassy shoulder and into some trees before coming to a stop.
