A woman is dead after getting run over by a semi truck at a truck stop in Washington on Monday night.
The incident happened on August 15th at around 7:45 p.m. at the Pilot Flying J Travel Center in Ellensburg off of Interstate 90.
The 65-year-old-woman was run over by a semi truck in the parking lot as she was walking. The event was even captured on video, which can be viewed on NBC.
The woman was treated at the scene before being flown to a hospital where she died of her injuries.
Investigators say that impairment was not a factor in the accident, but have not determined if anyone was at fault. The driver and the woman have not been identified.
