Law enforcement and family members are asking for public help in locating a missing trucker after his semi was found abandoned in Iowa.
According to the Lake View Police Dept., truck driver David Schultz, 53, was last seen in the in the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 21, 2023, and has not been heard from since.
Schultz was last seen in the Eagle Grove, Iowa, area.
Both Schultz and his truck were initially reported missing after he missed an appointment to pick up a load, the Storm Lake Times-Pilot reports. However, the truck was later discovered at 71N of Old 20 in the Sac City area.
Family members say that Schultz may need medical help.
