A bobtail truck drove into a bay in Canada very early on Thursday morning.

The accident happened on February 9th at approximately 2:30 a.m. between Nakusp and Reverstoke in British Columbia, Canada.

According to The Free Press, a bobtail semi truck just drove into Galena Bay at the Upper Lake Ferry terminal and became submerged in eight feet of water.

The two occupants in the truck were unhurt, but were brought to a nearby hospital for evaluation following the incident.

A heavy tow truck was used to remove the truck from the water, and the ferry was unable to run for nearly 10 hours during the retrieval. The ferry resumed operations at around noon.
