Dash cam video captures a semi truck driver going above and beyond to help stop a moving car after the driver suffered from a medical emergency.
The video was captured on July 19 on Annacis Island in British Columbia, according to Global News.
Truck driver Jaspreet Singh, 26, noticed something was off when a small blue came to a halt right in front of his truck.
Singh said that he noticed that the driver was looking at him. Then the car started rolling towards traffic.
Singh jumped out of his truck and ran to the car, helping to steer it to safety through an open window.
