The incident happened on Thursday, February 23rd in Bismarck, North Dakota at around 9:30 a.m.

According to KFGO News, Interstate 94 from Bismarck to Fargo had been shut all night, causing a line of vehicles to park on the shoulder waiting for it to reopen. A 44-year-old trucker then approached the closure at exit 161 and was unable to stop. The truck then crashed into the road closure gate.
