A truck driver has been charged after following an employee of a repossession company and threatening them with a gun during the seizure of his semi truck.
The incident happened at around noon on May 23rd in Jacksonville, Florida on Druid Street near Lennox Avenue.
According to First Coast News, police were initially called to the scene on reports of a gun shot, but soon realized that the incident was a semi truck repossession gone wrong. Investigators say that the company repossessed a semi truck, which prompted the driver of the truck to take action.
The armed truck driver reportedly got into his personal vehicle and tried to block the repossession company from leaving with the semi truck. The suspect then fired a shot and forced the repo man to exit the vehicle.
