The Iowa State Patrol (ISP) is currently on the scene of a crash involving multiple trucks in the Atlantic area.
According to a 12:25 p.m. alert from ISP, a “multi-semi crash” occurred on I-80 at mile marker 60.
ISP did not provide information on how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone is injured.
UPDATE — Eastbound I-80 reopened around 1:40 p.m.
Heavy snow accumulation has been reported in Iowa.
