Free trucking school now offered to South Carolina residents

A technical college in South Carolina is offering free CDL training for residents of the state. 

Aiken Technical College Office of Continuing Education announced the free course on August 28th as part of a partnership with Ancora Training.

Monday-Thursday day classes will last four weeks and will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Day session start dates are September 18th, October 16th, and November 13th.

One evening session will also be offered on September 18th. This class will last nine weeks and take place Monday-Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 

South Carolina residents may take the classes for free. People who live out-of-state will be charged $4,800.
