A unique oversized load is currently traveling on roadways in Iowa.
This week, crews are moving the 130 year old George House from North Liberty, Iowa, to a new location in Oxford, Iowa.
The Victorian-style George House was reportedly at risk of being torn down to make way for new developments, but will now be moved to a new location to preserve its historical value.
The house move began on Tuesday, June 13, and is expected to be completed by 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
Photos of the house move have been shared by Arrowhead Farm as well as local police and Goodwin House Moving, INC, the company in charge of the heavy haul job.
