The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has closed both directions of I-94 until further notice for a truck crash involving hazmat.
The crash occurred on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 15, in the Fargo area.
NDDOT says that there was “an incident involving trucks carrying hazardous materials.”
Images captured at the scene appear to show a crashed tanker truck and a heavy vehicle fire.
It isn’t clear whether anyone was hurt.
I-94 is closed eastbound and westbound between Casselton and West Fargo.
Traffic is been detoured to N.D. Highway 10.
