The documentary ‘I Am Burt Reynolds’ following the life and career of the acclaimed Hollywood star will be debuting on TV over the weekend.
‘I Am Burt Reynolds’ directed by Adrian Buitenhuis will premiere on the CW network at 8 p.m. on December 30.
The film follows the onscreen and offscreen life of the star of beloved films like “Smokey and the Bandit” and “The Longest Yard.” The documentary covers his marriage to Loni Anderson, his years in the late 70s and early 80s as the world’s biggest movie star, and the health and drug issues that plagued Reynolds in his later years.
Reynolds passed away in 2018 at the age of 82.
