Love’s opens truck stops in Louisiana and Nevada

On Thursday,  Love’s Travel Stops announced the opening of new locations in Opelousas, Louisiana, and Jackpot, Nevada.

The Opelousas store is located off I-49 and Harry Guilbeau Road. Amenities at the 17,000 square foot store include:

• Hardee’s and Godfather’s Pizza restaurants (opening September 4)
• 64 truck parking spaces
• Speedco (opening September 6)
• Seven diesel bays
• Seven showers
• Laundry facilities
• Cat Scale

The 9,000 square foot Jackpot store is located at Highway 93 and Progressive Drive. Amenities include:

• Subway restaurant (opening September 4) 
• 31 truck parking spaces
• Five diesel bays
• Four showers
• Laundry facilities
• CAT scale

“We’re excited to open our 12th Love’s location in Louisiana and seventh in Nevada,” said Shane Wharton, president of Love’s. “By continuing to grow in areas where our customers need fast, friendly service that gets them back on the road quickly, we’re expanding our Highway Hospitality to even more professional drivers, travelers and locals.”
