Michigan State Police (MSP) are investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred on Wednesday morning in Ann Arbor.
The crash occurred during the morning rush hour on May 10 on I-94 westbound at Wagner Road.
MSP says that the initial investigation shows that a car cut off a truck hauling a load of steel coils. The truck driver lost control and the truck separated from the trailer. The truck overturned and the trailer struck an overpass on the interstate.
Both the car driver and the truck driver were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
MSP says that westbound I-94 could be closed for some time for clean up and investigation of the crash.
