New product uses AI to help safety managers identify drivers who need ‘coaching’

A major provider of safety software for commercial trucking fleets recently announced a new product that will use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist safety managers in identifying unsafe drivers.

San Diego-based Netradyne recently announced the launch of a “Driver•i Safety Manager Assistant” product.

The product is designed to provide fleet safety managers with recommendations on which drivers are most in need of coaching through the use of generative AI based on available driver and fleet data.

The technology is intended to increase safety manager effectiveness and efficiency by helping to more quickly sift through historical driving behavior and alerts.

The Tweet below shows a preview of how the Safety Manager Assistant product will work.

Netradyne was founded in 2015 and provides AI and edge computing solutions focused on safety and driver coaching to more than 2000 trucking companies.
