The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) took a moment to praise a couple traveling in a bobtail truck for going out of their way to assist a stranded trooper.

“Trooper Bailey from our Lebanon Post had a flat tire on I-71 in Warren County and pulled over. While changing his tire, he noticed a bobtail truck pull into the crossover. Richard and Rachel Null passed him, exited and came back to check on him to help!”

The post garnered more than twelve hundred likes and dozens of comments from users who appreciated act of kindness.

“What a nice thing to do for someone else. A little kindness always helps in time of need! Thank you!!” said one commenter.

“Bless them for helping our troop!” another said.

“Surprised he didn’t give him a level 3 DOT inspection!” another user joked.
